Jessica Simpson lets rip about flatulence problem on US radio

Speaking on a US radio show, the 31-year-old singer-actress, who recently announced that she is expecting her first child with fiancé Eric Johnson, spoke openly about the side effects she’s been experiencing with her pregnancy.

“I am having trouble with it [excess wind]. But Eric cannot get mad at me because I’m carrying his child,” she said.

“I did not vomit or have morning sickness, so apparently I’m in for more gas!”

The Dukes Of Hazzard star, who revealed her pregnancy following weeks of speculation by dressing up as a mummy for Halloween, also confessed that she is already planning baby number two.

“I’m all knocked up. It’s amazing,” she said. “I’m loving being pregnant.

“I couldn’t keep it a secret any longer, the baby was like, ‘Take a picture of me!’ I‘m very excited.”

Asked whether she already knows the sex of the baby, she replied: “I don’t know yet if it’s a boy or a girl, but I’m definitely going to find out. I’m a loudmouth, so I won’t be able to keep it secret.”

She added: “I eventually want both a boy and a girl, so I’ll be happy with either one. But it’s definitely not twins.”
