Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Miranda Lambert & More React to Grammy Nominations

It was a whirlwind night for a select group of musical artists nominated for Grammy awards, and the outpouring of joy has continued since the list of nominees was revealed. Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry are among the musical artists offering elated reactions to their Grammy nominations in interviews and on their Twitter feeds.

Check out what the honorees are saying after finding out that they'll be a part of the Feb. 13 ceremony:

Justin Bieber (nominated for 2 awards): "Win or lose...this is #CRAZY!! the GRAMMYS!!! #HOLYCRAP!!! WOOOHOOO...ok ok..need to sleep. ARE U KIDDING ME!! #HOLYCRAP!!" (via @justinbieber)

Katy Perry (nominated for Album of the Year for "Teenage Dream"): "It's an AMAZING honor to be nominated and recognized by my other hard working peers tonight. So happy that I trusted my gut with this record... and thank u to all the AMAZING #TEAMKATY people I've been blessed to surround myself with... couldn't do it without you. It takes a village!" Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine (nominated for Best New Artist): "I'm elated to be nominated for a Grammy. It's such a huge honor and I'm terrifically excited. I can't wait for the big night."

Bruno Mars (nominated for 7 awards): "I don't know what to say, man. It's been a hell of a year for all of us. The fact that we recorded these songs not too far from here in a shabby studio, and here we are with Grammy nominations, is a little surreal. So we're just thankful."

Miranda Lambert (nominated for 3 awards): "The Grammys are something that are so historical and influential in music in the past and future. Presently, I'm just glad to be [at the nominations ceremony] representing country, because I was the only country artist here. So I was hoping I did a good job."

Cee Lo Green (nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year for "Fuck You"): "The acknowledgement and appreciation from your peers is enough of an incentive for me to keep going and show up. I feel like the song is a success already - a success for being nominated. If I win, I'll be fortunate, gracious and graceful about it."

Pat Monahan of Train (nominated for Best Pop Performance By a Duo or Group with Vocals for "Hey, Soul Sister (Live)"): "I don't even think it was on anyone's radar by the time the nominations came out last year. So the only way we could be eligible was with a live version.  The true gift in all of this isn't in a nomination -- it's the fact that we found the love for what we do again.  Somehow that was noticed by the Grammy gods, whoever they are."

Monica (nominated for Best R&B Album, her first nod in 11 years): "I was not expecting anything. I have not been a part of the Grammys, as far as being nominated, since 1999... So at 16 years old, I didn't understand what it means. Now at 30, I'm in shock that I'm considered being nominated."

Bill Reynolds of Band of Horses (nominated for Best Alternative Music Album for "Infinite Arms"): "Can I cuss? It feels fucking great. I couldn't tell the guys quick enough that it happened."

Alex Da Kid (producer, nominated for 4 awards): "I moved here from London about a year ago, and before arriving I made a bucket list of people that I admire and want to work with. Over the course of the past few months, I've been able to check off several of them, including Eminem, Rihanna, Dr. Dre, Nicki Minaj, T.I. and Christina Aguilera, who are some of music's most gifted artists. That alone is pretty amazing.  But to also be recognized for my work with multiple Grammy nominations is just mind-blowing. I definitely feel blessed."
