The Sex and The City actress was called for the civic service on Monday, but discharged after she apparently complained to another panelist that her daughter was at home sick.
It was also said that Sarah had an international flight yesterday and worried that the fraud case being tried might last more than two days.
But now the star has dismissed these reports, claiming she doesn't mind doing jury duty.
She told US website Gossip Cop: 'I'm one of the few who enjoys jury duty.'
Not only did Parker say she would be 'happy to serve' when asked, but she thinks everyone should do it.
She added: 'I respect the process. It's a necessity.'
