Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have splashed out $18.995m on a New York townhouse, according to US reports.
The Sex And The City star has been searching for a new Manhattan home for months and looked at a score of potential properties across the city.
Now the couple, who currently live in the West Village, has bought a five-bedroom 6,800sq-ft home in Manhattan's fashionable Greenwich Village, according to the New York Observer.
The townhouse is 25ft wife and comes with seven fireplaces and a sophisticated 24-hour security system.
The 165-year-old home was bought back in March by the Heirloom Trust, with the name of Parker's business manager, Frank Selvaggi, written on the home's deeds.
The same trust had earlier tried to buy the Pen & Brush Club building, just two doors away from Parker's new home.
