Steven Tyler and fiancee 'split'

Steven Tyler and his fiancée Erin Brady have apparently broken off their engagement.

The Aerosmith frontman proposed to Erin in December 2011, but towards the end of last year reports of a rocky relationship surfaced.

Now it seems the 64-year-old and the pretty brunette have called it quits.

"It's over for good this time," a source told the New York Post's Page Six column.

In October the same publication reported the pair had split, as Steven was focussed on staying sober.

This came amid claims he was finding it difficult to maintain his relationship while on the road.

However, the insider says other factors were to blame this time around.

"Steven was just not that nice to her in the end. His family and entourage never really accepted her and she can do better," the source explained.

"They're still friendly but they're going their own ways. The engagement is off."

The rocker is currently preparing to go on tour with his band's new album.

The marriage would have been his third.

Previously, Steven has been married to former Warhol model Cyrinda Foxe and designer Teresa Barrick.
