The actress welcomed daughter Aviana last May, with finance Darren Le Gallo, and said having a baby stopped her from being so self-absorbed.
The 36-year-old told The Observer magazine: 'I highly recommend having children - it felt like exactly what my body was supposed to do at that point. More than anything ever, it just felt physically right being pregnant. My friends without kids say, 'Oh I don't know how you do it, getting so tired.' And I just think, 'I don't know how they don't do it.' It's a huge relief not being the most important person in the room any more. I hadn't realised quite how sick of myself I'd become.'
