The Fighter star, who gave birth to her first child with fiance Darren Le Gallo, a girl named Aviana, last May, admits her 'baby brain' is making her afraid to make any life decisions at the moment.
Speaking about how she is dealing with life as a mother, the 36-year-old said: 'I'm tired but I'm good. I'm really enjoying it. I'm not as clever as I once was, I forget words.'
Amy added to British Stylist magazine: 'I'm afraid to make any big life decisions at this point. I've not had eight hours sleep in over a year, which I'm sure many people can empathise with, but you know, I really, really like it.
'I don't feel like it is a big sacrifice - I feel much happier with myself and other people since having a child.'
The Hollywood star admits that although her and Darren try to have a weekly romantic 'date night', they always end up talking about baby Aviana anyway.
