Update: Big Sean 'Denies' Charges, Says Lawyer
The 23 year olds were charged on August 4 with "third-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and second-degree unlawful imprisonment," according to BuffaloNews.com.
Deputy District Attorney Holly E. Sloma asked Judge Hugh C. Gee Sr. to impose a gag order on the case, "due to its sensitive nature and age of the victim."
Sloma continued to say that a grand jury has been scheduled and would automatically move the felony case to Niagra County Court if Sean and Hansbro are indicted.
Judge Gee said he would allow for the District Attorney's Office to file a request for a gag order. Both are due to appear in court on October 11th in Lewiston.
