The 58-year-old actor-and-singer has enjoyed a hugely successful career in television and the pop industry, and is best known for his lead roles in retro television shows such as Knight Rider and Baywatch.
David is immensely proud of his success, and says his only regret is that he’s getting older, as he feels he still has decade’s worth of talent to offer.
"I regret that I'm not younger. I regret that I don't have 40 more years because I feel really powerful right now," he said in an interview with British newspaper The Sun.
The hunk is currently touring the UK in his new role as a judge on British talent show Britain's Got Talent - the programme which saw Scottish singer Susan Boyle rise to fame in 2009. David has been doing a number of interviews to discuss his new job, and admits the ladies in his life are getting tired of him talking about romance. The heartthrob and his ex-wife Pamela Bach announced their divorce in 2006, and David admits there isn’t anyone “special” in his life right now. He is dating “two girls” though, and explains they aren’t interested in publicity.
"As a matter of fact these two girls that I'm dating occasionally call me and say, 'Stop talking about us',” he laughed.
"One of them got really upset and I said, 'OK, the problem with my life is I am always moving around so much.’ And the problem with the women I am attracted to is they are as passionate about their careers and their lives.
"So none of us is willing to give and that's OK. That's what attracts me to them.”
As well as having a penchant for career-focused women, David insists he prefers to court ladies who aren’t in the limelight. He finds many of the females he meets behind the scenes are often extremely profound and good looking.
"I always fall in love with the photographer,” he blushed.
"I like the women behind the scenes because they're beautiful, they're cute and they have soul presence."
