The 59-year-old Britian's Got Talent judge met shop assistant Hayley Roberts, 31, during the show's auditions in Cardiff, and is said to be eyeing property in the village of Lisvane, Wales, to be with her.
According to The Sun, the Hoff has been getting to know the locals while drinking soft drinks at a nearby pub, and is thought to looking at a gated four-bed house with its own grounds.
Local estate agent David Ricketts, 46, said, 'Mr Hasselhoff has picked a great spot. And it's close to the M4 so he could zip to London in a few hours.'
