The couple were spotted partying in Las Vegas as he celebrated his 59th birthday but it's claimed police were called to their room in the posh Wynn Hotel after they had an argument.
A source told UK newspaper the Daily Star: 'When they arrived things did seem to be quite heated. Hayley appeared to be in some sort of distress.
'Eventually everything calmed down, but there were doubts over whether David was going to turn up to his own party. When they did arrive they put on a brave face for the cameras.
'They were certainly doing their best to show that nothing had ever happened.'
