Marc Anthony has splashed out $2.5 million on a new bachelor pad.
The 44-year-old Latin star - who recently split from Topshop heiress Chloe Green, 21 - has purchased an Italian style villa in Encino, in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.
A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the 'Vivir Mi Vida' singer had been renting a property in West Hollywood for $23,000 a month but decided it was time to put down some permanent roots.
His new 6,200 square-foot home boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a wine cellar, gym, huge swimming pool, spa, marble fireplaces and a private courtyard entry with fountain.
The property also includes a separate pool house with a kitchen and BBQ entertaining area.
It was recently revealed that Marc is set to feature in his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez's 3D concert movie.
The 'Dance Again' singer previously revealed their painful divorce will be included, saying: 'I'd been through a big change in my life with the divorce and everything, and as crazy as we are, we thought, 'Let's put that on camera!''
The couple - who have five-year-old twins Max and Emme together - ended their seven-year marriage in 2011 and Jennifer, 43, felt like her 'whole life had fallen apart' in the wake of the split.
She said: 'It was very hard to get up in the morning. Very hard. When you're depressed and sad all the time it's very difficult.
'I felt like my whole life had fallen apart. What I had known for seven or eight years with my children and everything, it was just ... boom! An explosion!'
The actress-and-singer has found love again with 25-year-old back-up dancer Casper Smart.
