The Wanted have cancelled their European tour dates.
In a statement posted on their official website Tuesday, the band claim "unforeseeable changes" in scheduling is to blame.
According to the group, all ticket money will be given back to the purchasers.
"To all our fans in mainland Europe, we're really sorry but due to some unforeseeable changes in our scheduling, we're having to cancel our European tour dates in February/March," wrote the band. "Rest assured all tickets are refundable, and we do hope to see you again really soon! The UK, Ireland & US legs of the tour are not affected. Thanks for your ongoing support. Lots of love, The Wanted xx."
This follows recent news that Max George had to drop out of their US dates to attend "family matters", reported Irish newspaper the Independent. His band mates publicly supported their friend and wished him well.
"Sending my love to @MaxTheWanted Be strong brother. We're here for you!! :) x," Tom Parker tweeted. "It's nice to see a trend from another fan base wishing max love. Times like these when people pull together. Much love to you all x (sic)."
The hitmakers also addressed the issue via their official account, assuring fans they would continue to tour as a foursome. They also thanked everyone for the support and well-wishes for Max.
"To let all our #TWFanmily know, @MaxTheWanted headed home to attend some family matters & won't be with us for the rest of the trip," a message read.
"Thank you so much for all your lovely tweets and messages of support for @MaxTheWanted we know he really appreciates it. x."
