The Wanted are locked in a disagreement over whether to continue with their reality show.
The British boyband's programme The Wanted Life has been a hit in their native country and America. It shows Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Nathan Sykes and Tom Parker living in a Hollywood mansion as they prepare for their first world tour and record a new album.
The group have been heavily promoting the series recently, with Tom admitting there have been varying views on whether they want to agree to season two.
"A few of the boys didn't want to do another series, but I think it's good for us, it's great exposure," he told British newspaper The Mirror.
"They're talking about it at the moment. I think it's going to happen which is good. You don't want to do a season and then be forgotten about."
At the moment it's unknown which members of the five-piece band want to keep out of the limelight. Some of the men apparently struggled with having their every move documented.
"The experience was quite intrusive for some of the lads with cameras everywhere," an insider explained. "They signed up for being pop stars, not reality TV stars."
Tom is downplaying the drama though. Instead, he likes to focus on the action in the debut series – which sees the group partying and meeting women.
The singer understands the programme isn't for everyone, but is happy with the way he and his bandmates have been portrayed.
"Sometimes people think we come across like d**kheads, but just because we're honest… We get a lot of sh*t for being honest, but we'd rather do that than be fake," he explained. "I think we're nice."
